The Royal Debut Dress Fashion Nova

Royal Debut Fashion Nova White Dress. Size small. Stretchy material. Zipper down the back. High neck. Loved this dress - wanted to wear it for my wedding but decided against it. Looks a lot like the Megan Markle dress. Brand new - never been worn except to try on once. However, their are some dust looking stains on the bottom (I’m guessing from moving) but I think would come out in the wash or dry cleaning. I posted a few pictures of the big stains.
