Hot pink high-waisted A-line corduroy mini skirt from Halara featuring a pink and orange cowboy boot appliqué with gold-toned studs, rhinestone fringe, and star charm “spur”. Appliqué is left unstitched at the top and functions as a pocket for smaller items (keys, cards, penjamins, etc. - though probably not most phones). Includes black shorts underneath for extra coverage. Zip back, lots of stretch throughout. Hand wash only.
