Brand new.  Plush dog toy filled with stuffing, spiky ball squeaker, crinkle and a hidden toy (Serenity by Jan candle toy) inside for the dog to find if/when he rips apart the mug.  Bark Box recommends toy for large dogs but I believe medium dogs could also play with it.  Measures 5" tall, 6" wide, 4" deep.
