The Office Of Angela Scott Miss Billy ankle cowboy boots, size 38. They run small, maybe a half to a full size smaller in my opinion. Prob best for a 6.5-7 women’s shoe size. There is a mark on the white strip as pictured, otherwise in perfect condition and never worn outside. Truly gorgeous booties. I’m so sad they didn’t fit and sold out.
