Panels up upper half of the jacket in both back and front, as well as on the back side of the arms for extra protection (this is an activewear / outerwear jacket, after all). Multiple zipper pockets, including one on the left front chest and one on each side on the hip area. High collar, no hood. Adjustable elastic cord around the waist/bottom hem. White embroidered North Face logo on the front left chest, as well as the back right shoulder.
