I doubt it since this is well below my waist but you can measure from your shoulder to your desired distance below hip to see how it compares to the measurements- since this is 25” in length, you’d want to have probably 2 inches below your waist in order for it to keep you warm.

narrativethread @alodiaxx also, make sure to measure your arms - these sleeves are 18" which is standard sleeve length for women's small and medium but if you have especially long arms, that could factor in to the fit as well.
