Todd Oldham was THE designer in the 90s, especially known for supplying almost all of Fran Drescher's wardrobe on the show “The Nanny”. This particular piece was sold at Bergdorf Goodman's and gives a very Vivienne Westwood vibe as well. It’s closure are black ribbons that tie into bows across the chest. It’s made of a patchwork of fabrics that all have a subtle shine/glimmer/glitter effect to them. It’s in excellent condition except for one small spot I have not tried to remove as pictured.
