The Mogan Black Pleated Pull on Skirt

Black elasticated pull on skirt with pleats. Has a tear / hole on back, shown on last photo which may not be obvious if worn with a black layer underneath. Has stretch to it. Material tag missing but most likely a cotton blend. Approximate Measurements: - Waist: 11.25 inches (not stretched) - can stretch up to 15 inches - 23.75 inches in length
