Very Good vintage condition; The Meat And Poultry Cook Book: Mclean, Beth Bailey; Campbell, Thora Hegstad. First Edition Pocket Book published 1960, second printing 1961.
This is a beautifully preserved Vintage Mass Market Paperback and is Out of Print (OOP).
Condition: Very Good. Always privately owned. The 24 B&W photo plates are well-preserved with no cracks, marks, dents, or folds. No creases in spine, but a slight crease along the front cover BY the spine. The tinted red page edges show minimal shelfwear and add a visual richness. The interior pages are unmarked, with no evidence of use during meal preparation. There are some hairline scratches and creases on the cover, but the color print is bold and the binding is tight and clean. In excellent vintage condition overall. A lovely gift for fans of nostalgia & cooking!
