This is a commemorative plate featuring The Lord's Prayer. It is porcelain made in Japan Circa 1950s. It has gold colored accents around the rim. The back has a wire that allows you to hang the plate for display. It is in good condition with some known scuffs. There are no known chips, cracks, or crazing. Approximate measurement: 8'' diameter and 3/4'' high.
