The top is slightly fitted because of the cut but I think it would be a little loose on. I tried it on and it is definitely a little loose and a little longer in the back. Really cute top! Thanks so much I hope this helps!

Oops! The lace is soft and lightly lined in front. The back is knit fabric without lace but a beautiful keyhole closure in back but back has some lace at the top also(see pics) thank you so much!
