What are the hip and length measurements on this?

@kaitlynnborsody, hi sorry for the delay in response was out and about. As you can see there is a pleat on the front of the skirt which would give more hip room if needed but the hip measurement from seam to seam across the back is 23 1/2”, the length of the skirt is 28”. The pictures don’t quite do the colors in this skirt justice, I tried 🥴, the blue is more a royal blue I loved it I’m just a little too short for it!
