The Land Of Neverbelieve Norman Messenger Hardcover Book DJ First Printing 2012

This is a hardcover book with dust jacket titled The Land Of Neverbelieve. Explored and documented by Norman Messenger. First printing 2012. This was my daughter’s and she did read it, but it’s still in very good to excellent condition. The inner reading pages are clean and crisp with no tears or writing as far as I see. All flaps are intact. The front and back cover under the DJ are excellent. Binding is great. The only flaw I found is that the top corner and top edges of the dust jacket have some crinkling and edge wear from age and just being on her bookshelf. Then on the top back corner of the dust jacket there are some marks and scuffing. I took close-ups of both. I’d bet the scuffing would come off with a wipe or magic eraser, but I don’t want to mess with it since it’s paper. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
