The Kooples lined gray textured zip back pleated dress shorts size 4-6

The Kooples dress shorts with a pleated plain front and a zip up hook and eye closure on the back. They have a black satiny feeling liner. They are a European size 36 and I believe that is a US size 4. The approximate measurements are waist 13.5" and a 3" inseam. These shorts are dressier shorts and could be worn for work or special occasions. It almost resembles a mini skirt with the wide leg openings. I have a photo of the back seam that looks like it was pulled a bit. Please keep this in mind.
