in excellent condition. only flaw is that the tag fell off. it is currently held in place by a pin. will be attached via safety pin when shipped. TOP pit to pit: 17in shoulder to hem: 19in SKIRT waist: 12.5-14.5in length: 28in tag size 14 but definitely runs small. pls reference measurements for best fit
