The soft cotton dress has a flattering elasticized smocked bodice fitted through the waist, blouson puff sleeves to the wrist, and a midi-length skirt with a feminine silhouette. There are tons of beautiful and unique details like the layers at the bottom of the skirt. Really well-made and in excellent condition.
