Murray was an Emeritus Professor of Greek in the University of Glasgow and a Fellow at New College, Oxford. It is in good condition for a book over 100 years old, The covers have some wear and the back binding is cracking(shown in pictures). There is a name written on the first blank page in fountain pen.
