The Foreign Market vintage retro puff sleeve blouse. Super cool button details on sleeves. Can be worn with or without neck tie. Buttons down back. Excellent vintage condition. Tag size 11/12 (It's approximately a size medium in my opinion, but please see measurements). Approximate measurements laying flat: length 23.5", armpit to armpit across chest 18.5", shoulder to end of sleeve 27.5".
