Brandnew unopened and never taken out of box.  The packaging is factory sealed but there is a small cut in the seal at the very top of box and has sticker marks on the back. Nothing major. This is the 25th anniversary The Exorcist vhs. Great movie if your into horror. Probably one of the most spookiest movies you'll ever see. Must see if you haven't.
