The Elegant Jcrew Dress for all your summer and spring occasions (size 4)

This was my Easter Sunday dress for 3 years. I might have also worn it to a daytime wedding. I bought it at a Jcrew sample sale in NYC. The details are exquisite. See the closeup photos. I especially love the pleats along the waist, the flattering cap sleeves and the stitching. It’s lined. The muted cream flowers on the navy background ensure that the pattern is classy and not loud. Please see the photos for the measurements. I have listed this as a size 4 because that is what I typically wear in JCrew. Also there is no fabric label but I believe it to be a cotton twill with a cotton lining. I love this dress but I have way too many!
