This is a gently used, special edition of "The Electric Tale of Pikachu". Published by Viz Comics in 1998, this mini-comic is the full first part of the manga series, but in teeny form. It was released as a companion with a video. The comic has one small tear in the bottom top cover, but no further flaws; the pages are clean and undamaged.
