The Dutchess Floral Ruffle Dress in Blue

The Dutchess Floral Ruffle Dress was inspired by royalty and made exclusively for Piper & Scoot. It has delicate detailing that adds dimension and character to the dress. There is a collar with functioning buttons half way down the top which leads to an elastic waistline with a tie in front. There is also lace detailing across the bodice and along the skirt. It is lined, hits at the knee.
