what does the tag say this is made out of like Polly and cotton or just cotton? and can I have the measurement from armpit to armpit seam?

The tag isn't there anymore. So I don't know what its made of. 20 inches from armpit to armpit from the shoulder to end of sleeve is 7 1/2
