This is a vintage and authentic The Copper Penny Restaurant ashtray. It is constructed of thick glass, amber gold in color, and features a Lincoln penny with the caption "welcome to our family." It is in good vintage condition, with no damage to the graphic. However, there are a few small cracks in the thicker part of the glass around the lower rim.
