The exterior of booties are made of 100% cotton and the fabric sole is made of 65% polyester and 35% rayon. The booties are fill with high quality soft white goose down. These booties are machine washable and dry on low temperate. The size is a women’s small. I wear a size 7 shoe and the fit with some room to spare. These booties are made by The Company Store which was founded in 1911 and known for its down comforters and pillows, linens, bath towel, and lounge wear.
