I have preserved this book since I purchased it through a book club. It takes you from breakfast, lunch and Dinner in a way were you look foward to cooking and learning the how to make a sinple meal elegant by just placing and paring it with other elements. This is a Treasure for someone that loves the art of food and travel. I tried to show as many pages as possible, but there is nothing like the feel of the pages of a beautiful book. The book has 267 pages and it also explains each fruit and vegestable and how to cook them.
