The Bell & Howell Sun Dial 220

The Bell & Howell Sun Dial 220 is a small 8mm movie camera, introduced in 1954. The camera has a textured steel case and lots of bells and whistles, including settings for color or black and white film, a built in light meter (the Sunometer), a dial for matching outdoor conditions, and an all-purpose viewfinder. There's a fold-down crank on the side for winding with a sliding lever for running it.
