“The Art of the Boot” Hardcover, Gorgeous Coffee Table or Reference Book

Color and design inspiration abound in this beautiful volume. For anyone that holds the cowboy boot in high esteem, this is a must-have book. The author, Tyler Beard, was a preeminent boot connoisseur and the photography by Jim Arndt is gorgeous. The stories about the bootmakers are fascinating and the text is entertaining. I always loved looking at this book but sadly I must downsize. The book is in very good overall condition with a clean paper cover, very hard to find. There is an inscription opposite the title page (see photo) but otherwise clean inside inside. There is slight wear on the hard cover along the bottom where it was shelved and unshelved, and a 3/8” tear on the bottom of the front paper cover that is hardly noticeable. Please study all the photos as part of the item description. Because of the very good condition of this book and the fact that the paper cover is intact (the book cover itself has no illustration), the price is FIRM and well worth it to anyone who loves art and footwear.
