The Arcoroc Starburst design, also known as the Diamant pattern, was first created in the 1960s by J.G. Durand for the French glassware conglomerate Arc International. It features a distinctive starburst and diamond-cut pattern and was known for its tempered, durable, and shock-resistant glass, suitable for both everyday use and restaurant-grade applications. The design became very popular and collectible, even after the pattern was retired.
