@boutiquebisel Hi, we're (& for a month've been) trying to support this boutique which helps clothing artists & artistry. Our 1st order, which was for 3 items, came with 6 items apparently for someone who's name starts with R. The box was opened there by PackNShip of the UPS Store who tracked & returned the 9 to seller. How do we contact this seller, ensure our 3 payments got to seller & place our 2nd order etc with this seller?

@boutiquebisel UPS Store says they couldn't find the tenth item you mentioned so they could only pack-n-send the nine items as we never heard back on which had been for someone else. we remain completely confused & unaware of what if anything was requested. we've never requested anything but a label & some instructions.

@boutiquebisel Someone said the seller didnt know refund was never requested by us. We wanted no reimburse of any penny for anything nor PackNShip having returned the 9 items Poshmark says were for someone else. UPS packed each in plastic to protect them. We've no idea what else is requested. Seems what I typed over past week didnt arrive to seller. We hope this is where seller meant we should type.

Hi, you purchased a Tommy Hilfiger ribbed pink sweater from me last month. The tracking says that the packaged arrived at the Clearwater Post Office on 2/21. Did you ever receive it? The item is still outstanding on my end and I’m not sure why the tracking hasn’t updated. Any info you may have is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@mellresales hi! ok i'll get my friend to tell me what packages they picked up for me & let you know tonight (but, poshmark was making errors on my orders from several sellers, and i've just been trying to make sure this other seller etc gets fully paid & also receives all items that had been meant for someone else.)

@peacethesky No worries. I just noticed that the item is showing shipped and the money hasn’t released and it appears that it is still sitting at the post office in Clearwater. Maybe in the P O Box?? Thanks for checking.

@mellresales sometimes my post office doesn't put my package in a parcel locker and it's still in the back, where they look for it while i wait. but my friend just told me it arrived, & i found a hidden version of the button & clicked it! did it work or should i write poshmark?

@mjess23 yeah i've been trying to let the 3rd seller know that we only asked for a label (to send what was meant for someone else), we'd never ask for anything back. so i went ahead and found a hidden button to click just now, did it work?
