In fact that's what a lot of these comments say! So be patient, active, compliant & share like it's your job!! Lol!👍🏽I'm happy, but I did great all that time without a SU title.

I have not really gotten my feet back under me! mcjayne @abstractdreams I have a crushed frontal lobe from a head on car accident 8 years ago...I have to write down or take notes of EVERYTHING, some things I'm ok with, friends who are close, like you or frequent fliers in my closet, but I struggle everyday. I stopped driving a year ago when I got lost 6 minutes from home & panicked, I just chose my situations carefully, nobody says they would ever know, people think you are crazy, "I just said that", yes, maybe you did, but my brain forgot already 😂

abstractdreams @mcjayne : Do you have help? I totally get it, Lupus brains shrink at an alarming rate, but I'd be desperate if I couldn't drive. Ebony used to have this look, like "what?" and I sometimes imagine that's what she'd think if me right now. She was my furry lil' valium! I could feel stress wash away & my b.p. lower when I held her.❣Our brains make a hormone, GABA that works to help us stay asleep & is a bit valium like, I've been taking those, but it's just not the same.

That was nice!! They're the only ones who get it. My parents/sister don't get it at all!!

mcjayne @abstractdreams Hubby & mom in law are great about taking me anywhere, but sometimes, I miss being able to jump in the car like I used to, you know? I was road raged by a young kid, I'm lucky to be alive, the injuries were brutal, took me 18 months to get back to work, so a bit of cancer (lol), wasn't going to stop me. I get annoyed w/myself, I try to slow down, take my time & it does help. I have ellè here in a little memory box, I LOVE that your family understand what Ebony meant to you❤️

There's a bit of worry, living alone & being ill, not driving would heighten that for me! My "family" does not get my pain at all! My mom keeps asking if I "feel better yet?" But I raised my girls to feel as tho the pets were family too & there was sibling rivalry between my youngest & Eb to prove it!! They both thought they were the Alpha!!

abstractdreams Ha!! Indeed! Mine acted like he had the big "C" every time he had a cold!! He even said my illness & my 5.5 months as an inpatient was harder on HIM!!😳Really?? I'm so grateful for my girls, my son in law (who's restored my faith that not all men are slime), and the women of Posh who like you did, have checked on me & been so kind, supportive, understanding & generous with their time, shares & kind words/prayers.💕

Was blessed with her companionship for 22 years Will keep u in my prayers .

It was staggering! I'm really just eeeking my way back. I miss her every day, but the pain's not debilitating.❣
