unportmanteau @manish I am reaching out to you as a last resort before I pull the remaining items in my closet. Your team approved a return on a Bottega Veneta bag for a buyer who claimed it was not as described (although it went through your offices for authentication). She returned back to me (what seems to be) a counterfeit Gucci bag of similar size and now I have no recourse! Poshmark ALWAYS takes the buyer’s side, which is absurd because without your sellers the platform can’t function.

unportmanteau @Manish now your team is accusing me of lying, though she shipped it a week after the return was approved and label generated. She also lied to me and said it was shipped Monday when it did not get shipped until Friday. Then, PM customer support has taken 8 days to respond to me, the seller who has contacted them virtually every day regarding this situation.

unportmanteau @manish Please help, I feel like I literally have no one to turn to, especially since every time I reach out I am responded to by a different, faceless representative who seems not at all invested in helping the situation. I would hate to leave the platform after $16k in sales but even eBay provides more thorough and accessible support. I refuse to be defrauded and unsupported by a platform I have financially supported and culturally fostered.

The seller boxed two orders then put the wrong label on each. I was promised a corrected mailing label yesterday, it never came. I don’t tolerate lying. etoba @manish Hi Manish. I’ve sent 4 packages that haven’t been Postal scanned and probably just sitting in mail bins not moving. I’m frustrated and so are my buyers. Im getting the generic emails from Poshmark as well. It would be nice to be able to contact a real person at Poshmark who can address these unprecedented mailing issues.

etoba @manish I’m thinking of going on VACATION mode. I don’t know what to My buyers are aware and so far are willing to wait out this storm and not ask for refunds. Packages are just sitting in post office loading docks mover very slowly if at all. This is scary times. I wonder if Poshmark would consider offering different delivery options to Sellers and Buyers, UPS, FedEx, etc in these unprecedented times of overwhelmed Postal Service. I just don’t know what to do!!! Please help and advise.
