By the way I totally got SCREWED OVER by Poshmark on Nagel Artwork sale.
They don't support shipping labels over 10 lbs, had the customer cancel the order 2 days later, AFTER I SPENT $47 having Best Boxes package it for shipping out of my pocket of course and NO-ONE at their customer support has replied to any of my FOUR Support Messages since Tuesday!
They're completely blowing me off! So disillusioned. Suzzanne

the people at your team clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I’m a reputable seller,fast shipper, constantly list, share, & participate my free time to host parties. A customer makes false claims that my low end shoe is fake just for a loophole to return them & your team approves it.

I’m always reporting people that sell fakes on Poshmark, which you guys do nothing about and your team is going to accept a return for a false claim without even looking deeply in it??What kind of people you got working there. Poshmark is the only platform I sell on. Why am I paying my fees when you don’t care about the sellers too.
