dawlfaycexo Since you filed a case for the purse, do you mind telling me what was wrong? I have pictures of that bag before I sent it to you and I know it was not damaged, stained, etc. It was never used. If you're unhappy, send it back for a refund.

sueclark1971 @dawlfaycexo hi yes I attached pics to the claim, there are small yellow marks or stains on the top and front bottom of the bag. They are very small.

dawlfaycexo and if they're small, i dont see why you're blaming me or making a big stink about it. i would never have sent you something damaged or ruined. i do my best to be an honest seller and i dont know what happened, but it was not like that when i mailed it out. i can prove that.

sueclark1971 I was never accusatory or blaming anyone. All I know is that when I opened the box the dust bag was covered with something and the handbag has these yellow spots. Yes they are small but for $200 I expect a bag as described and don't appreciate the implication that I damaged the bag. I filed the claim to follow Posh rules. Thank you.
