Hi : ) Condition please? Are these stretchy pull on pants? What does the waist easily stretch out to please? Measurement across the hem please, meaning width of leg opening.

Hello. (1) Condition is very good! (2) Pants are stretchy pull-on pants but the fabric is somewhat stretchy (3) the waistline, with the 2 hooks & button closed is 32.5" (4) measurement of opening from crotch to edge of leg opening is 25.75" and the leg opening at the bottom is 20". Hope this helps. It's a beautiful pair of slacks.
