Thailand B&W Maxidress With Elastic Waist & Drawstring Halter Top Size Small

I bought this at a night market in Bangkok in 2019, selling bc I don't wear it often enough bc I get cold so easily. Great as resortwear! Breezy and lightweight for summer. There's no sizing tags but it fits like a true small, approx 16" across the bust laying flat & hangs 34" from waist to hem.
