The textures/material aren't the same, but both pieces have the same thick lining and were given to me as a set. These run a bit big for a size small. I never wore the skirt and wore the top once. Top: 21" shoulder to hem, 17" wide. Skirt: 20" long, elastic waist is 15" across when flat
