These sandals have only been worn once! Unfortunately that one time was in the mud in Puerto Rico. They still do have some mud on them - maybe it will come off with some wear or light washing? I have rinsed them a couple times, though. It also adds character and they don't look brand new. The overall condition of the shoe is still great - these will last a long time.
