The blouse has front button closure and a high neck, fabric wrapped buttons on each cuff. This is a beautiful blouse made by Tess Paris/ Milano, made in Hong Kong. Stunning blouse in a good condition (the panel covering the front row of buttons has some bubbling (the underlayment unglued partially).
