Terracotta Wide Mouth Pitcher, Glazed Blue Stripe, Hobbyist? Vintage EUC

Very neat terracotta pitcher, wide-mouthed, glazed with blue around the top and the handle. The handle is applied. Marked BD and, I believe, 1952 on the bottom. There does look to be a small crack near the top of the handle, but I believe this may have happened during the firing. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, or other visible damage. Measures 3.75” in height, the mouth is 4” in diameter, it’s about 5” in diameter at its widest point. I am open to all reasonable offers or will counter with my lowest price.
