Used Army green pet rain jacket with reflective accents. Detachable hood and mesh lining. Velcro closures, leash access at collar and water resistant. Size small, see pictures for measurements. In one of the pictures it shows as if the stitching came off; however, it appears to be manufacturer defect, all stitching is intact. Used a handful of time, no visible stains or tears.
