TeezeMe black midi dress with belt

Very nice heavy black dress made of rayon and nylon with a polyester lining. Skirt has a nicely lined design. The waistline is flat in the front and turns into a belt in the back which can be used to adjust size. Zips in the back as well. Dress does not have a size printed on it anywhere that I can see. However I would call it a small. It is about 13 in across at the waist.
