Teeze Me | Blue Dress With Slits Down Sleeves

Cute blue dress with elastic waistband. The back has a criss cross detail. The quarter length sleeves have slits on the sides. It has small loops for a belt which I do not have. I always wore this dress without a belt. It has small stains (pictured) which aren’t that noticeable. It also has two string snags which you could barely see.
