These pants are new without tags and have never been worn, but they have been custom tailored. The length is about 37.75 inches, the inseam is about 29 inches, the front rise is about 9 inches, the back rise is about 15 inches, the waist is about 14.25 inches, and the circumference is about 28.5 inches.
