so romantic this dress starts off like a poet shirt with those beautiful sheer wide puffy sleeves. Further along those lines, the front is cut deep but has those lovely poet, shirt ties giving a peekaboo at the bus line. Lastic waist and a l romantic ruffled skirt. In excellent condition.
