This large sized Woodmanton China Company Market Stall teapot was made by Paul Cardew Design in England. Paul Cardew is world famous for his fabulous range of the finest ornamental and novelty teapots. This teapot also comes with a sugar box and lid with a copy of the "Cardew Times" and a teapot on top of newspaper. This teapot is signed and has a gold backstamp on base. The different characters on this teapot are as follows: silver cash register, China plates, cups and saucers, vases, a pair of cats, etc. Has a CHINA advertisement vertically on stall This beautiful teapot measures 8.50 inches tall and 13 inches from handle to spout. The sugar box with lid is approximately 3 x 3 inches. Excellent condition. There could be some signs of aging or small imperfection that are normal in these kinds of items. These imperfections may include, but are not limited to, little dark spots, crazing, utensils marks, fading on gild or discolorations, so please expect them. No cracks, or chips.
