Teal short sleeve sweater

Perfect sweater on it's own or under a jacket or cardigan. Gathered at both sides to flatter the midsection. 3" of elastic at the bottom hem . Hits below hips but can be worn higher or lower to emphasis the gathering in the middle. Great condition!
