Teal ruffle long sleeve blouse

Adorable dark green or teal blouse with ruffle detail. Great preowned condition. Please note I removed the ties at the end of the sleeves because I think it looked a little more sophisticated without them (plus they had no actual purpose to the top other than decorative). Great for work!
