Free People look for less from Amazon! Unlined handkerchief hem lace skirt with ruffle details. Skirt is comfortable and easy to pin if the hem is too long for your height. Measurement from waist to hem is 43 inches. Some loose threads, see photos, but they don’t affect construction or wearability. I’ve worn this for multiple Renaissance fair outfits, this would be perfect for Halloween too! I’ve also styled in Las Vegas when I was feeling brave enough to wear a see through skirt! The fabric is comfortable and surprisingly soft lace, not itchy at all despite being an Amazon dupe! Brand is R Vivimos.
