Teal blue button down short sleeve blouse w/button

Pics don't do this beauty justice, it is an Ann Taylor Teal Blue short sleeve button down with two layers of ruffles (one satin like) that encompasses the entire front to where you would tuck the shirt into the waist line. Once ironed properly the neck area stand up and it is really elegant. Great for a dressed up look under a suit, with jeans or solo. Size 10. Worn 2x and dry clenaed per instructions both times. I also have an identical navy one listed. No trades!
